Overview

Please check your products upon receipt. If you believe the incorrect product or quantity was shipped, contact us immediately to receive an RMA.  Do not return any items without an RMA. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you ordered the incorrect item, you may be eligible to return it, at your expense, for a refund of the product cost only and not including any shipping and handling.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are entitled to any remaining manufacturer warranty on your purchases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or a replacement item will be sent if available.
